HitZone Games Ltd. (“HitZone Games Ltd.”, "Company" “we”, “our” or “us”) develops and operates mobile-based games ("Apps", “Games”) available at: https://anima.hit.zone/, its subdomains and its related features ("Website", collectively “Services”).
Company is dedicated to protecting your privacy rights and making our practices regarding your personal data more transparent and fair. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was designed to help you understand the information we collect, store, use and share, and it applies whenever you visit our Website or otherwise access or use any of our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, when you download, access and/or play our Services you acknowledge the collection and use of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the Company and our advertising partners’ use of your data for targeted advertising purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.
What types of data do we collect?
We collect two types of data from you: Personal Data ("Personal Data") and non-Personal Data Personal Data means any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means (for example, email address or name). Non-Personal Data, by contrast, can be defined as any information that does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person. This may include, for example, your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device (e.g. the device you use, the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.). Account Information. If you choose to download our App we will use your advertising ID and player ID, which will be created automatically by our Services.
If you choose to log in, access or otherwise connect to the Services through a social networking service or a single sign on service (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple etc.), we may collect your profile information which may include user ID and/or username associated with that social networking service, as well as information about your name, email and any other information you make public using that social networking service or that the social networking service allows us to access.
In certain jurisdictions, we may collect your date of birth and/or your age to comply with applicable local regulations.
We encourage you to read the privacy policies of third-party platforms that you use to log into your gaming accounts to understand how those third parties use and disclose your information. We have no control over how any third-party site uses or disclose your personal information it collects about you.
Payment Information. We don’t collect or use your payment or billing information.
Usage Information. When you use our Services, we collect certain usage and gameplay about your interaction with our Services. Such information may include clicks, pages viewed, information regarding your scoring, win/loss rates and other gameplay data, which relates to your activity in the Services. The usage information is generally collected via Tracking Technologies (as defined below).
Technical Information. When you use our Services, we collect technical information about your device. Such information may include geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers (e.g. MAC address and UUID), operating system, language, mobile carrier, device information etc.
Location information. When you use our Services, we collect location information (State or country level) of your device.
Communication Information. When you send us an email or contact us via the support in our Services, complete any forms or surveys and/or interact with us in our social media channels, we collect the Personal Data you provide us. This may include your name, email address, your comment/message and any other information you choose to provide.
Tracking Technologies. When you visit or access our Services, we use specialized libraries, for example Sentry, Firebase, Singular or similar ("Tracking Technologies"), which allow us to automatically collect information about your device, in order to improve our Services' performance, perform analytics, customize your experience and offer you.
We may use non-Personal Data (including, anonymized, aggregates, statistical and de-identified data) for commercial, marketing, and/or business purposes, such as reporting and conducting research and development in order to enhance our existing Services and/or develop new products and services. We may share this information internally and/or with third parties for our or their purposes in an anonymous or aggregated form that is designed to prevent anyone from identifying you.
What types of Tracking Technologies do we use?
When you use or access our Services, we use the following categories of Tracking Technologies:
Tracking and Advertising Tracking Technologies – these Tracking Technologies collect information about your habits in order to make advertising more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. That information is shared with other parties such as advertisers, publishers and ad networks. Publishers, advertisers, and third-party ad networks may also utilize Tracking Technologies or similar technologies to deliver ads and monitor the performance of such ads. The collection of information through Tracking Technologies by such third parties will be governed by their own privacy /cookie policies and principles, which the Company does not control;
Functionality Tracking Technologies – these Tracking Technologies allow our Services to remember choices you make (such as your language) and provide enhanced and personalized features. For example, these Tracking Technologies are used for authentication (to remember when you are logged-in) and support other features of our Services;
Performance Tracking Technologies – these Tracking Technologies collect information about your online activity (for example the duration of your visit on our Services), including behavioural data and content engagement metrics. These Tracking Technologies are used for analytics, research and to perform statistics (based on aggregated information).
How and by whom Tracking Technologies are stored on your device?
We store Tracking Technologies on your device when you visit or access our Services – these are called "First Party Tracking Technologies". In addition, Tracking Technologies are stored by other third parties (for example, our analytics service providers, business partners, and advertisers), who run content on our Services – these are called "Third Party Tracking Technologies". Both types of Tracking Technologies may be stored either for the duration of your visit on our Services or for repeat visits.
There are various ways in which you can manage and control your Tracking Technologies settings. You can manually switch off the advertising id tracking in your phone settings or delete the App.

Please make sure that you read and accept them in advance. We do not receive or store your passwords for any of these third-party services.
